Sound Advice Scotland was formed in 2000 to offer professional assistance to organisations
and individuals looking to improve performance. We offer a full range of services from
research and development through to implementation. Sound Advice Scotland was recognised as an Investor in People in March 2001.

Our philosophy is to create a working relationship where organisations and individuals take ownership of each step of a project to ensure maximum benefit is derived from the activity.

Sound Advice Scotland promises to be responsive to your needs and to put the customer first. Clients include a wide range of public and private sector organisations. Professionally qualified IIP Assessors run the business and offer an extensive range of organisational development services customised to suit individual organisations' requirements. Formed in April 2000 by Steve McQuade and Mary McLuskey Sound Advice Scotland aims to provide customer focused services working in partnership with our clients to gain maximum benefit to organisational success.

Mary McLuskey first published her book on IIP, EFQM and the learning organisation in 1996. The second edition of 'Introducing Investors in People: A Manager's Guide and Workbook' was published in 1999. The book is available from all good bookshops and from the Publisher - Kogan Page.
